What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

Do you require a deposit for medical treatment?

Yes, for medical treatments, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and it will be treated as a cancellation without notice. Charges may apply.

Can I receive a refund if my appointment is cancelled by the clinic?

Yes, if we cancel your appointment, we will refund any deposit or advance payment you have made.

What are your walk-in hours?

Our walk-in hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10AM TO 3 PM.
